I like the smile and I would hate coldness and stupidity!
A turn on can be her voice when she means to make it sexy and when her wild hair falls sensually over her bare shoulders!
A turn off well I have to say coldness and smoking since she will smell like a cigi! And of course being unclean :|

i'd say yellow teeth are a turn off. oh and the left over smell of cigarettes, i just hate it.
sometimes the site of a smoker can be sexy, but i just cant get over the smell.
